When a guy says “you look really pretty” does it mean he’s into me?

I was talking with a guy and he just suddenly stopped talking so i asked what you thinking and he said “honestly i was thinking that you are so pretty”
Does this a sign he is into me?

Can be both things, he's complimenting because of education and can be something more. But only with this I don't know if he into you with only this sign.

Yes I think so. Because if he stops to think that then it can mean he is interested in you. It could also be a nice compliment so I will say wait until he makes it clearer.

It can be a sign that he's into you but just because a guy says you're pretty that doesn't automatically means he's into you.
