Can't read my boyfriend, advice?

i can't read my boyfriend and it is driving me crazy cause he isn't very vocal with his feelings either and I don't want to be with him so much that I will run him off but I also don't want to distance myself from him and him leave me cause he thinks I don't like him...i stay with him at night almost all week but he goes into work when I get off so really we don't see each other and spend the day together until Thursdays,but what I am sayin the other night he said to one of his friends I needed some girlfriends cause I stay with him all the time but then said but I love you babe so its ok...after we got back to his place we laid down for a bit and I said I was going home and he asked why then said well have a good night babe didn't ask me to stay or nothin so I left and his cousin saw me upset and he called me on my way home and talked to me about it and his exact words were I love you and that's all I can do so I don't understand

Advise on why he doesn't express himself:

Most guys do not because they don't know how or trust that their exposed vaunabilitys won't haunt them... we show emotion and feelings by doing rather than saying and we don't typically know how to express feelings and thoughts until after we lived and learned a bit... There are always exceptions to the rule ofcourse. So by you making him feel comfortable in sharing your own thoughts and feelings with him in a calm and non-expecting way for return ... If asked nicely on your part he could start opening up to you... If he does open up you have a small window of a chance that he is trusting you that what he says to you stays with you... I wish ALL women could hear this, THIS ALSO MEANS NOT EVEN YOUR BEST FRIENDS/Mother ect !

what is between you and him, is between you and him only !

men don't like opening up to woman because you cannot be trusted to keep your mouth shut... and since your on this site asking for advise could prove me right !

So don't bother yourself about the what if's ... YOU have him now so open up to him make him feel safe that your his rock of trust and that you care for deeply that you will not smoother him as much and you both have this oppertunity to grow, and make your relationship stronger than ever!

OK sweetie how about trying just staying 3-4 nights a week max with him and stay home the rest of the time... Doesn't mean your breaking up or the relationship is in trouble... It is weird , but it is actually the best thing for the relationship to give each other space... It really does work to bring you two closer, I know it sounds weird but it is so healthy... too be continued,lol-
