Got sick and my guy held me in his arms all evening?

I’m currently staying at my boyfriend’s. Today I slept late, went up and had a cup
of tea with my boyfriend. All of a sudden I got really sick, went to the bathroom and threw up. Guess it’s because of not sleeping well and being overworked. Anyhow, in the evening we watched a movie and he held me in his arms and cuddled me. When we went to bed he kept cuddling me for a while before going to sleep. No attempt at having sex, to my disappointment. Why would he not want sex and does he have feelings for me? It appears as if he does, but I’m not sure?

I like to pamper my wife when she is sick. It gets me horny to do so, but I also hold back as much as possible on initiating sex until I am sure she is feeling better. In this case I would like to think he was just being considerate. If he was aware you had vomited a bit earlier, he might take this as a sign that it is better to wait.
