My boyfriend took adavantage of me when I was asleep?

We were at a friend's Christmas dinner and we left around 10 so I decided to stay over his place cause I was really tired and hus was closer. We got to his place I stumbled up stairs as I was still sobering up and I kicked my heels off to go to sleep in his bed. He came up a little after and told me to get up and shower l must be uncomfortable. I wore jeans and didn't bother taking them off, I wasn't fully asleep yet so I mumbled I'd shower tomorrow. I thought he was taking my clothes off so I could sleep comfortable we usually sleep like that. But then I felt a Sharpe pain and he was on me. I told him to stop but he just smothered my words with kissing. I didn't wanna cause trouble by screaming but he just kept going harder and it was burning, I know he's rough and we've had sex before but it was worse. He finished and I was crying and he called a cry baby before giving me a bath. I was completely awake now and asked if he was sober when he was washing me, I was really sore. He said yes he didn't drink and wrapped me up and placed me on the sink and he quickly shower before bringing me back. I told him it really hot and I was spotting a little bit on the towel. He said it was our usual and I was over reacting so I got up and slept downstairs after he kept yelling after me and I didn't wanna go back upstairs when he tried bringing me back upstairs. So he said fine and we'll do what I wanna do then and he sat in the armchair and sat silently looking at me completely naked I rolled over but I didn't sleep a wink and held onto the tower shivering until sun was outside. Then I went. for my clothes when he was asleep. I told him I was leaving when I got to the door, he's been calling me since then. I've never denied him sex before so I guess it was a misunderstanding but I'm just really hurt he did that without asking if I was up for it and ignored that I was crying and he was perfectly sober and he's just been love bombing and no apology.
