Guys, How do you check out women in public?

I work at a grocery store and I see guys staring at me constanty. Sometimes if I look up at the guy he turns away so I know that guy was definitely checking me out. But as for others it's a busy store and people are always walking towards me and I can't tell if a guy is looking in my direction to find something or to check out the view. I get literally hundreds of messages on sites like meetme but I rarely get approached in person. I'm getting very mixed signals. If guys think I'm so damn attractive why don't they do something about it? I have a coworker who constantly tells me "you look very beautiful by the way" and other coworkers who compliment my legs and others that address me as "hey gorgeous". I am very confused by all of this. It truly doesn't matter that much but I feel like I am constantly being watched and it makes me feel so self-conscious. Can you please tell me what a guy does when he sees an attractive woman in public.

Most guys I know are discreet about checking out girls. The girl shouldn't know she’s being checked out. I agree, if you’re attracted to her, you can talk to her. Especially if you’re attractive tool, she usually doesn’t mind. You can say hi. You don’t even have to be obvious, you can mention something around you guys or something mutual, so it’s no pressure on her. She can respond and then freely choose to keep engaging you or allow it naturally end there.

I get good responses from girls though. Girls wing women me. Her bigger friends direct me to the hot one. Or the girls friend will look back and forth at me, then in a prideful gaze back away to the side while her friend stops and waits for me for come to talk to her. Or if I’m talking to a group of girls or guys, the girl I was interested in will cut off her friends (or my friends) in the convo and talk to me, then walk with me away so she can be alone with me, all while her friends (or my friends) gives us prideful smirks and start giggling.

This is me though. So I don’t have a problem with it. Other guys do though. If they aren’t attractive, they would get a different response. Or they think you’re attractive but they’re taken or just enjoying view so to speak.

I just saw that you worked at a grocery store. I thought you were a customer. That’s a little bit different. They might find you attractive. But your job is to be nice to them. So they could never really know if you’re interested or not.

Just know about 30% of customers are socially off. People kept staring at me for no reason, they don’t want help and if you give some form of verbal or nonverbal acknowledgement like your supposed to for your job, they respond like “What?” “No!! I don’t need help!.” “Why he’d smile at me?”.

70% of the time just acknowledging the customer or asking if they need help was the issue.

I met the 30% off shift and found out why. There was a guy who kept going out of his way to stare down a customer service worker in the back for a like a whole minute. The worker eventually just waved at him to acknowledge him. The guy freaks out and turns to me and says “Woah! You see that. That guy just waved to me? Weird?” Then he goes back to staring the guy like he did before. I’m like “That’s his job! You were staring at him non stop for a minute...” right then the guy gives me the your stupid smirk and body language. Like head tilted looking down to the side and cross armed.

Right then, I knew exactly why those people did it but didn’t want anything. They were like this guy. I don’t why I got worked up over idiots like them.

First of all, it is like a freaking involuntary response... half the time we don't even realize that we are checking a girl out. It's a sub-conscious process that is unique to men who are actually interested in the opposite sex and if she catches our eye... our eye will tend to follow her ass until it's no longer in sight. Now, if she is super extraordinary sexy and just ripe for our own individual sexual attraction... it then has our sub-conscious take a fucking hammer and slam us between the eyes to make sure we take notice of a potential woman to share my genes and produce the only thing that allows us to be immortal in a way.

I always try to be sly about it, but I've been caught. You work in a job where you are exposed to the public, so It would be wise to just accept being checked out and not let it bother you. You must be very attractive.
