What are your thoughts about this guy who does drugs?

This guy is a family friend. We hung out and we were drinking. He tried to kiss me, told me he loved me, and he asked me out twice like begged. He does cocaine, smokes weed, and drinks. Do people who do these thinks like coke mean what they say?

@Vivaldi The people I've known who have done coke were definitely not winners. They were Toxic People who dragged others down with them. You don't have to necessarily be rich to do it either from what I've seen. Someone just needs an enabler such as a Family Member who they use as an ATM.

We are family friends and he does like me, but he is treating me like garbage. I have to move on, even though I almost fell in love with him.

I honestly made the mistake of saying you’re so stupid lol I love you. Bc he said something in my ear that was flirty. I by accident said I love you which made him reciprocate I love you too. So I was confused bc I was convinced that he would say nothing back. But he said I love you too in a meaningful way. So I’m like did I mean it subconsciously and did he too? I don't know
