it could mean something but it doesn´t have to. We guys look at any women that attracts our attention by her look or her doing. I don´t know if there is a clear sign how he shows with his eyes that there is a deeper interest.
It could be a start for something but it doesn´t have to be. Generally speaking I would rather say no.

@lvxx98177 It depends on how good I know her. If I don´t know her/ I´ve seen her before, I forget about her pretty soon. That means I forget about her after some day. If I know her like she a woman I know from some where or she a lose friend, I get to think about her everytime I read or hear her name.

@lvxx98177 He means he´s interested in her but doesn´t know how to start the conversation also it could be mean that he´s not sure if he just like her or if he´s really in interested in having a relationship with her.
