Why would a guy at work hit on me in sexual ways when I never dress sex or revealing and I dont use makeup and I am quiet and tell him to shut up if he talks sexually? How can he see me as a pump and dump when I do all this and dont do premarital sex

Also he says "I know aomeome who might wanna date you in the future"? He has a girlfriend and I said "who is it" but he won’t answer.

Some guys are creeps, some guys just don't know how else to flirt.

But, it sounds more like he wants to leave his girlfriend and date you instead than a pump and dump situation.

I can't be sure, but if you feel harassed be clear with him that you don't want him to say those things.

"shut up" can be interpreted as flirting back but "please stop, I don't appreciate that" is polite while being unavoidably clear.

If he keeps it up, tell your boss or HR department.

If you like him and don't mind the flirting, tell him his girlfriend is a loser and you know someone who'd be sweet to him. It'll probably happen.
