how can a woman send a obvious signal when he is not initiate any thing and not being straight in communication about how he feels? he wants me to say it first.. he tells me i know you love me , or what is your thing with me? he made a move once but was too early and i backed off ,, now he tells me i make you wait.. is he confused?

It could be a guessing game. Have three numbers, each hidden on separate sheet of folder paper. He picks one, and number corresponds to a body area on you, and each body area has another note pinned there with a place to go (or however you feel safe to present the "choice" to him). Then, you two go to that place for a date. (What he doesn't know is that all three are the same, so you can plan a nice picnic, mini-golf, concert, dinner - -whatever. Just make sure he doesn't see the others as he is astounded as to how you could have everything so awesomely prepped. Have fun!

body language, his strong eye contact , noticing every change in me , very touchy , the twinkle in his eyes , initiating the conversation all the time , asking about my personal life , always asking what i am doing this weekend? but never ask me out lol
