I really does come down to the individual. I don't doubt there are men out there that are happily married and have kids, but where against both at some point in their life. There are also men that will never get married or have kids because that is the choice they made at some point. Really when it comes down to it humanity is a group of individuals and not a hive mind. This does not change when we are talking about any given group. So the only way to know what any member of a give group thinks about something like marriage and kids, is to get to know them at a individual level.
He doesn't believe in marriage or want kids, but would like to be a stay at home husband/dad 😂, he sounds like a lazy ass who wants to live off some poor hard working woman.

He sounds like the most useless person. Have no kids, you work to provide for him and he sits around and does nothing. He probably doesn’t want kids or marriage because he is selfish and puts himself first
