What are some signs a guy you're in a relationship with just views you as a placeholder?

I am interested in what people view as clear signals that men view you as a placeholder relationship?

As someone who has done this before (regrettably), I think one of the more clear signs is his unwillingness to make long term plans with you, doesn't introduce you to his network, doesn't seem bothered when you don't hang out for a while. When someone is a placeholder in your mind, you view them as temporary and so there's no real desire to embed them into your life.
