Means something about you caught his attention... doesn't always mean its a good thing. But in most cases it not bad. I definitely check out more good looking and sexy, but then there is that small percentage of so atrocious looking things about women that are sometimes so bad you can't help but look again. Like 300 pound women in yoga pants, or over lapping belly fat in a mini skirt.

Obviously I do it to women, and have done it because of something she's wearing, super sexy or just like WTF was that? Or because she cute or something odd about her look... or because of the way she carries herself or is walking... ranges from Oh Yeh!!! to Oh no!

But again in most cases its a good think and especially if he makes eye contact. If there was eye contact then he probably interested in you sexualy.
