I had a fight with this guy and he blocked me from everywhere, when I later apologized, he said that had it been someone else he would have said so many things and fought back, but he doesn't know why he's never able to say anything to me.. Does he have a soft corner for me?

That's an easy yes. Blocking can communicate heavy dislike, but he doesn't want to hurt you verbally because a part of him can't. So he rathered blocking to stop you than fighting back.
