My child's father is an alcoholic. I refuse to be tied down when I've tried so many times to help him. He's guilt tripping me but I refuse to give in.

He's good to his child but it's not a good look for his child when he's been overly drunk in front of him.

The woman. She has final say who she decides to married/have kids with.
If she says no to sex... she will never become a single mom.

The man is not always the issue. We cannot generalize certain situations based solely on gender.

There can be any number of reasons why a woman with kids is single. But it sure is foolish for a guy who isn't the kids' father to get involved with her, much less marry her.

Yes. 70% of divorces are initiated by women. But 30% are initiated by men. What if these 30% want to stay married and want try to keep their family together…. 🤔

Sometimes. Maybe he left because he didn't want the responsibilities of a family anymore. Maybe she fell out of love with him and asked him to leave. Maybe he died. There isn't a yes or no.

If single moms were in smaller numbers yes. Itd be far easier and valid to assume their ex was abusive. However when there's tons and tons of single moms, it's harder to believe their issues aren't self induced

But should a random man be with her & take care of another man's kids? Should a single man/bachelor wife her up & be responsible for her kids? I see a lot of women who leave a good guy for a degenerate guy & then come back to the good guy & expect him to take care of her kids even though she would never do the same for a man. Is it the single men/bachelors duty to wife up the single mom?

No it’s not my responsibility to clean up another man’s mess and the woman is at fault too because she chose to be intimate with that man even if he didn’t want to be part of the child’s life so the individual alone is responsible for that choice.

And the media and movies are to blame
For women being single with kids
Because women bought the lie"They can have it all"
      A job/career, friends, family, kids
And don't need a man to help raise kids
So, yes the media deserves some blame

I feel it's a case by case basis. A lot of men want to be in their children lives , by are denied the opportunity. But a lot of guys are dead beats too , so every case has its own unique circumstances.

Not necessarily. Several factors can include why a woman is a single mom i. e. widow, divorce, abuse, relationship dysfunction, man in prison, or the man is medically unable to be involved.

Both parents are at fault in some way in my opinion.
In some cases one parent can be blamed more then the other tho.

Yeah, it's their fault. Most of them were too lazy to use a condom or were just there to pump and dump and dipped when they found out the girl was pregnant. So yeah.

No, it's the womens fault from the very beginning to go for a man based on looks without getting to know the true person. Get to know them when your friends and see how they act angry, do they communicate well, understand their actions and how to overcome them. All of these things you don't notice if you just get blinded by their looks and rush into a relationship/marriage. You are just going to get hurt!

I don't think so mostly it's her fault. Many women friend zone great good guys for shot reasons that's when they're young 20-29 once they hit the wall they realize the consequences of their decisions. Believe or not a young hot girl 20 year old crying for her baby daddy whichs criminal and in the jail.

Sometimes the father does abandon the kids and leaves them with the mother forever but sometimes the mother gets sole custody and forces the father out of the situation altogether.

Plus, most importantly most women are too immature when they had the kids

    Hell no!!
Women have access to over 30 methods of contraception, not taking any of them was their choice, that doesn't include not saying 'NO'.
Guys in comparison have 4, withdrawal, condoms, vasectomy or saying 'NO'.
