Why do women choose to ignore red flags and then blame men for the reason why they can’t find good men?

Because they were bred into their minds from their friends over generations that a "bad boy" is sexy. They want that thing that can physically protect you, like a dog marking his territory, or a lion biting the nape of the lioness to not move before he finishes. Women can find an honest man that can protect them without putting them in harms way and still have fun outside of the house without be physically pro-est.

Because “a good man” to women means something TOTALLY different from what guys think of when they think of a “good man”.

A lot of people don't admit or like to take the blame for their own decisions. They'd rather blame someone else. Women especially! LOL ;) But you're right, women often don't choose the "good" guys because they're "boring". They want the excitement of a bad boy and/or want to "convert" him into a good guy, but they can't. Doesn't stop them from trying though. And often we see what we want to see in relationships as well, and often ignore the "signs". That's something we all are guilty of.

because women gain a position of power when they play the victim. They have society as a whole, the government and their army of white knights to support them no matter how wrong they are. Men have nothing.

On a related note, the only reason bad boys exist is that women continue to breed with them and pass on the bad boy genes.
