If a guy doesn't call or text in 5 days is he trying to give you the message he's not interested?

Don't jump to conclusions. Some guys are just slow to respond to a girl, maybe he lost his phone, or he doesn't wanna give the impression that he's desperate, pretty idiotic but that's how it is sometimes.
If you wanna make sure if he still has your number text him a smiley face. Your name should pop up and if he still doesn't answer then I don't give it much chance to work.

Depends what it's for really. If it's clear your head time, I would allow 1-2 weeks. If he's really busy he might try and distract himself for week 1 but by week 2 he'll HAVE to think about stuff.

Well you should know if he works to much or his work taking to much of his time or he done it before then called you ...Then wait

but if he is free most of the time or not working that much and never done it before..I think you should forget about him

Have you tried texting him first? If not, he could be waiting for you to contact him first to make sure you're actually interested in him. If you have then he's either busy or not interested.
