Girly Girl or Tom Boy?

I'm tempted to say "somewhere in between", but the truth is probably closer to "both". I don't think I'm alone in that, either, though many guys may not realize it. We're attracted to femininity, but when things reach an apex in that direction, it can and does get downright annoying (and I'm sure it's the same with the genders flipped). We each have some combination of masculine and feminine traits, and while you can look at the whole picture and judge which is more prominent, it's important to remember that a person's behavior in that area isn't really constant.
For example: at one point, my then-girlfriend wanted to get a formal picture taken. So we dolled ourselves up and went to a photographer to do so. Once we got there, I ran a brush through my hair, straightened my collar, and was good to go. She ran to the bathroom for a last-minute makeup adjustment (I think) and left me waiting... and waiting... and waiting... Periodically, she'd call out "just a minute!" or something to that effect, so I knew she hadn't passed out or anything, but it got REALLY grating that she felt the need to make herself so absolutely perfect for a silly little photo.
Less than 24 hours later, I walked into the room where she and some friends were playing poker to bring them some cupcakes.
I'm actually surprised at how evenly this one is currently panning out, but I'd say that personally the combination of natural feminine beauty and tomboy hobbies with generally classy or casual but not trashy fashion sense would be the best combination. Women who are clearly smothering themselves in makeup and strutting around in either expensive designer clothes and accessories (or cheap, flashy mockeries) are generally seen as high maintenance and troublesome, or desperate for attention.
Since it's visible in these photos and relevant, bedroom runway selfies are also a far inferior means of piquing interest compared to actively doing something you enjoy with friends or family, even when the former isn't blocking their face.
I'm tomboy as I was raised with my cousin brothers. All the sisters came after me so I am the eldest girl in maternal side. However I have few girly habits as painting nails but many are tomboy type. Um you can say I'm combo of both. I have became a bit more girly than before but still 60% tomboy and 40% girly girl.
im a mix of both, and I've found that loads of guys actually like this combination.

A doll looking girl in a soldier's uniform.
I think feminine girls are a bit too insecure. being too feminine is bad being too masculine is bad too. So a girl who is feminine but has a few likes interests and hobbies that are similar to men, like rock music, skateboarding, lotr, medieval war movies, modern war movies, bikes, steampunk, horro movies,
a girly girl with at least one of the above likes and interests, and if she's a chill person and not like those girls who re too obssessed with looks and social status and so on and is happy being herself.
I've always been into feminine girls. Nothing is more attractive than a girl all dolled up wearing vintage dresses, jewelry, nice shoes, etc. Most girls these days seem to be Tom Boys or if not completely like a Tom Boy they're not very feminine anymore in the way they dress.
I prefer if my girl were in between, I don't want a full blown girly girl because they tend to freak out over ridiculous shit while barely have any character beyond just being pretty.
While dating a tom boy doesn't feel like I am with a girl not even in slightest if I were interested in men, I just prefer to actually date dudes.
I rather have the beauty and traditional feminine appeal of girly girls, while the independence and fun loving personality that tomboy possess so I definitely prefer a mixer of both ladies please.
You know I like a girl that doesn't mind getting dirty can hang out with you guys and not bitch bark or Bite and the go in take a shower and transform into a girly girl I think that is hot I think that is sexy and girls that can do that are just bad ass
How about a Tom Boy who can play rough and have fun then can put herself together on special occasions? Really I’ll take laid back and casual and genuine over all of it. Some days could be tearful eyes with her in my arms and some days could be immense joy and we celebrate together.
Actually I like both and somewhere in between. But I don't care for the extreme of either. Forget the high maintenance girl into designer label clothes and all that goes with it. Same with the tomboy that has no manners.
I have a female friend that is a motorhead. She actually worked as a mechanic. She also likes to hunt and fish. She can also dress up and look like a trophy wife. And her social skills and manners are better than most people.
In what context? What we like? What we hate? What are our kids like?
My older daughter is a bit of a tom boy. Was on a winning softball team, has a natural smile and face that looks great with minimal make-up. Younger daughter is a girly-girl. Making her own scrubs with essential oils, can't deal with a dead mouse in the house, hits jewelry MLM parties.
Anyone who has watched Petticoat Junction knows that a grease monkey gal can look pretty fetching when it's a wrench she is fetching.
I'm into the feminine energy of a girly girl. But not so girly she wouldn't like to learn to hit bullseyes with a. 357 or go down to the lake to catch breakfast with me if we went camping.
Is there no in between option? The tomboy girls still look feminine so I'll go with that even though my wife definitely looks more girly girl.
I'm more girly... but I like some cute tomboy but feminine enough outfits.
Tom Boy
I never got along with tomboys. I just like feminine girls.
Loves military girls fighting, martial arts, or business women fighting.💪🏻
Is there a neither, I'm more a Plain Jane than a Tom Boy because I like to look feminine but I'm probably not enough to be a girly girl.
I am literally fine with both but should have feminine traits as well i don't want to love a guy i am straight
Nice to see a man say that gender is more than what's between your legs. Unless I misread that 🦷
Yes you misread that sorry !!! Gender is what between your legs but your mind can be anything
Yeh true.
Prefer a girl that’s comfortable being both.
however for question Tom Boy
a girl is a girl could be a tom boy in day and a sexy girly girl at night, so it all down to the girl
The type of tomboy in the Pic is the type i don't find appealing...
Anyone that I might go out with needs to both be able to cook and shoot, being able to handle a firearm and work the kitchen is important. I can do both myself.
I am both, but you would never know, unless I talk to you a lot it you are around me more
