I can't resist this question and my answer.

Steal something of his he really wants back, then run really fast... he might chase you to get it back.

As for a romantic way, I'm single and not had much luck so I await the answers from others.

  @FunkyMonkee I do not have a lot of time for anyone with school going full time. I also suspect guys might be intimidated and afraid to ask me out for some reason.

  IF they are, it's BECAUSE you're so pretty! They think that, because of this, you probably already HAVE a line of guys waiting to take you out and they'll NEVER get the chance to be with you and you'd probably never go out with them, anyway. In that case, I think you'll have to do the chasing/asking.
