This guy I kissed multiple times doesn’t talk to me anymore, but watches my social media everyday. Why do guys do this? Is this player mentality?

No, it is not a player mentality. What it could be is that he grew attached and is keeping a distance from you to either sort it out or he could be waiting for you to reach out.

If it is depression He might just be preoccupying himself as he isn't probably talking to many people now. Generally if someone is a player they would not be depressed and withdrawn. Why not go ask in person if he is distant?

I agree with your comment. A player wouldn’t probably be depressed. I asked him why he was distant and he was fairly defensive. But continues to watch me on social media. So I’m over here confused
