Confused about resurgent intimacy with friend after not having intimacy for 5 years- not sure what he wants/confused?

Have a friend that I’ve been friends with for over 11 years. We were intimate for about 6 months back in 2016. He always claimed to be casual but would get jealous when other guys were nice to me, both before and after he moved.

Nothing intimate had happened since he moved. We’d joke around, tease each other but nothing intimate since 2016. I saw him recently for the first time since 2019 (Covid). He gave me a shoulder rub and things turned intimate.

when we went into my room and I went to hug him, he proceeded to walk back with me to my bed without losing contact. Normally he’d only ever did the playful push to the bed before but this time he made it a point to not break contact.

Just confused about what to do to not lose the friendship about this entirely. 11 years is a long time. I’m also wondering if the acting jealous and not when other guys are nice to me will somehow comeback since we’ve been intimate again.

If you don't mind being used for sex whenever he wants, then please continue to do what you've been doing. If you want to know what the fuck he's thinking then ask him.
