How does a guy feel when a girl he was using to boost his ego dumps him and subsequently attacks his ego before cutting him off.

Absolutely no idea.
Never been in that situation before.
But I can imagine to an extent how that would feel for a guy.

My guess is, that you were a source of validation for him; sexual and emotional. If you know for a fact he was using you for this and treated you poorly, then you've done the right thing. By dumping him because of this you have cut off his 'validation supply' and 'attacked' any remaining sources of validation he was expecting from you before parting ways. Thereby, you have shattered this type of supply from any future sources of validation.

My guess would be he feels either upset that he has lost his supply of validation, or he doesn't care at all and knows he will find another source of it in the near future. Personally though I wouldn't be wanting to find out, and advise you to move on from this situation. Onwards and upwards as the old saying goes.

I think I was a source of validation for him, he was also playing other girls.. so this leads me to believe this was the case.

Never been in that situation. Never used someone to boost myself. But that's wrong. I mean you should hardly think about these creeps. Who cares what he feels, it doesn't change how he treated you so chill
