Isn't this suspicious? For example, when a guy invites a girl to his house to move in, while they've never met in real life and have only been talking for a short time online they're probably after something. They certainly didn't find the love of their life suddenly, or doing it for her kind and intelligent personality

That is always the case. Never believe that something or someone is too good. There is always a catch or a risk.

If you are willing to take the risk and lose, then you do it. A lot of people don't listen to reason and venture into something that cannot be true.

Take an investment that promises a 20% return, you know that this is actually not possible given a number of factors such as economy but those that fail to listen to their inner voice and then are surprised when they lose their investment.

In your case, moving to the place of a person you don't know since at least 1 year is indeed something to be weary.
