( Middle school ) I follow my crush on Instagram ( I think he knows I like him, we just make eye contact but these days I ingore him), when he noticed he start follow many random bad girls and follow all my friends and his classmates girls, but he doesn't follow me back

It's coz you both like each other and you both don't want to break the ice first coz you both don't want to look desperate.
And you get the hints when anyone likes you coz eyes don't lie. And now when you ignored him (it's not new , at a certain phase we all do that ) so he must be thinking that did she playing game wid me? And same going through your mind.

See there can be 2 things :-
Either he surely dosen't like you
Or he wants this thing to be kept secret and when your friend ask him , there things messed up i guess.

first I who always look at him and he looks at me but then I look away and often he looks at me
now when I ingore him he who always looks at me and wants my attention and his friend looks at me and help him
(Notice :he doesn't talk about me in a good way, like he say I am not good girl.. etc.)

Then he might be hurted by your behaviour but bad mouthing for anyone is bad he don't have to do it.

Sounds like he likes you , but coz now evryone is knowing it so he doesn't want to make situation worst so he is denying it.

I wish you could have both spend time alone together then definitely he would have confessed his feelings.
