Guy's Behavior

Does he like me or her?

So this guy and I used to talk and we dated. However I didn't know another girl used to talk to him the same time as me. He is considered a player and after she stopped talking to him and deleted his number he broke up with me, but we still talk to this day as "friends". The other girl doesn't have strings with him like I do. However, he still tries to talk to her but she is kind of "cold". She doesn't respond much nor does she go out of her way to talk to him. He treats both of us on the small level of playing field, expect she doesn't play it's like I'm the only one in the game. He stares at me uncomfortably but he's confident and comfortable around her. He can talk to me regularly, but for her it's like he's the only one trying. He looks at her with sad eyes as if he can't get her. The other day she was talking to a guy and it seemed like they were flirty and he got kind of jealous and started to act overly happy and even brought up things from the past as a way to " throw shade at her". He even commented something like this "🥵" under my post out of nowhere. So who does he like?
