Why do most guys in y age range try to act like there better than me?

I'm a social outcast & misfits & I've noticed that many dudes try to act very condescending towards me either subliminally &/or let me know

Things is... I'm not your typical social outcast

I'm pretty muscular & have lifted some heavy weight & I do drink, smoke on the side in moderation & I have a short fuse to compliment that& yet many dudes try to "FLEX" & try to get under my skin
