Why are some guys really quite around me compared to others?

I'm friends with a lot of men and I tend you hang out with different groups of guys on my lunch breaks and stuff at work.

We'll all be having a laugh and I try to get everyone involved but some of the guys will only talk when Im not around. They will make small talk with me but that's it. I don't know if they hate me and just wish I'd go away from the group or they're just no good at talking to girls.

I just want to be everyone's friend that's the type of person I am and I'm such a people pleaser it makes me worry when certain people don't want to get to know me when I'm making the effort to get to know them.

I checked out your photo and I can't believe any guy would not be interested in you. I am and that's just from seeing youfully dressed in a modest photo. In person I can't imagine any guy not being turned on by you

That wasn't really what I meant. I don't want there approval in that way I have a boyfriend for that I just want to be better friends with them

They are usually scared because the are Shy and they probably like you, Try just asking him questions but do it in front of other People otherwise he might get the impression that you want to date him unless you do of course.

I think you mean quiet. The quiet ones are generally one of two things: the ones who like you and want you, or the ones with zero social skills. The former are nervous around you and don't want to blow it, so they stay quiet.
