Why do some guys act like this around me?

So if I have a crush on a guy, and therefore feel really nervous around them, they also seem nervous at beginning and as though they want to leave and make our encounter as speedy as possible. But then they relax more when I do. This has happened twice to me with two different guys.

I would guess that they sense when you are on edge, you are being nervous with them so it makes them nervous and then once you start to relax it allows them to relax as well
