Why don't guys my age ever notice me?

Question

I'm 23 years old, and recently moved to a new city to start a new job. I want to start dating, but the only men who seem to look at me/check me out are a minimum of 40 years old, and often into their 50s or 60s. In contrast, guys in my age range don't notice me at all, let alone talk to me, and I can't figure out why. I'm 5'8, 120lbs, natural blonde hair, green eyes, pale skin, rosy cheeks, with small boobs and butt. Maybe this last part is what's turning guys my own age off, but I'm not getting a boob job or butt implants to impress them. I definitely have more of a "cute, innocent" vibe than a "hot, sexy" vibe, and unfortunately it seems like most guys my age only like the latter. How can I get age-appropriate guys to notice me without showing lots of skin?

You are extremely sexy/hot at least weight wise. I would love to get to know you.
Like other posters have said, you are probably too intimidating, you sound perfect. Most guys probably don't have the confidence to go up to you/assume you have a large number of options/sacred of you rejecting them.
You can get more attention a few ways: join clubs/activities/meetups with younger guys
take classes
go up to guys and talk to them, trust me, guys like this, like I said they are too sacred of you rejecting them to approach you
start going to clubs/bars/libaries/coffeeshops/book stores/msuems/ cultural events/ concerts/ie social enivornemtns with men
dress up/wear makeup and go to social events (dress like women in other countries i. e. care about how you look when you go out. this doesn't mean show skin. It means caring about your appearance and being more feminine, wear dresses, high heels, long hair etc)
stop wearing makeup/gain weight to lower your "value", men will feel more comfortable approaching you

Don't focus on such a thing. Just do your hobbies, do what you enjoy and can eventually meet someone tgat way with similar interests. Ir coukd even try online dating like match or something. I've tried eharmony in the past. It wasn't bad, I met a couple I never would have met otherwise, similar interests. With my work schedule and tge distance (which wasn't really that far) it was just hard to find time together so we agreed thst it wasn't fair to one another so we respectfully went our own ways. Still an option to try though

I'll propose something that others have not proposed and that is that many guys your age see a girl your age simply being too much work.

In my case for example I would never consider dating a 23 year old. Not because she's not pretty but because I'm not ready to handle a girl that probably still has some of that lovey-dovey romance novel type of persona to her on top of the FLOOD of male attention at that age. It's simply WAYYY too much work for me personally.

Guys who are 40, 50 and 60 don't give af about the bullshit (to be honest) that girls your age entail simply because they are far more experienced. They know how to handle it

Personally I'd like the cute innocent ones. There's nothing wrong with you. Guys that age are trying for a fantasy with the quote hot one they'll prob never even get and will regret passing on you. Wait til they grow up! Don't change for anybody. You will find that one who loves you for who you are. Get on a good dating site. Don't waste time going out and clubs and stuff.

Are there any churches where you are? Maybe be patient. Or make the first move. I find it hard to believe that guys your age aren't noticing you and not talking to you - unless they are extremely awkward and shy.

They probably do notice you, there's probably just something that puts them off of approaching you whether it's shyness on their part or maybe you just seem unapproachable? Especially if you are attractive some. guys will find that intimidating.
