Basically I've worked in the same office as this guy for about 6/7 months. he's kind of a nerd, to himself but talks to every girl except me. He stares at me and i stare back and we hold it for a while but nothing after that!! he's seen guys hit on me before too but doesn't ever approach me. The furthest we have ever gotten was a stare! He also mentioned to one girl at work that he was dating (at the time) that he thinks another girl in the office is good looking and described her and it matched my appearance. Also today i was going down the stairs and he was coming up. We were alone. And when he saw me we made eye contact and he turned around, went back down and stood there , waited for me to go down first. I assumed this is because i wasn't wearing a mask and maybe covid reasons but i also dont know if guys do this with girls without covid being a factor? I don't know!!! What do you guys think? Oh and yes I do like him! he's definitely a big crush.

You don't need to say that you likes him and as an guy pov , he definitely likes you but is afraid of telling his feelings the Stare part itslef a big yes that he likes you. And you both acting this way coz no one wants to push things ahead, coz everyone have self doubts and he is going through the same phase like you and afraid of rejections.
