I can't stop this anger?

There's a guy I fought with some days ago I apologized yesterday saying I was wrong during our conversation I was trying to be nice but the way he talked to me was like im trash why? Is he feeling so superior? That made me so angry yesterday

Use this as a learning experience to think before you speak. You acknowledged your error and apologized, but you can't take back what was said. You have no control over him... just yourself. If you don't like how he responded to your faux pas, you don't have to continue your interactions with him. He saw you in action, and you saw him in action. Either or both can determine you don't like what you see and then pass on this opportunity.

When people change for others, that change tends to be temporary and/or conditional. Only self-motivated change tends to be enduring. Accept people as they are, not for the potential they can become. You are angry, as his actions didn't correspond to your expectations of him, just as your actions may not have corresponded to his expectations of you. To eliminate the anger, start by eliminating unrealistic expectations. Expecting others to be different than they are will always be unrealistic.
