My ex is weird?

So we broke up and it was his fault so after i blocked everything of him cuz he was bothering me and his attitude was so bipolar which was very unattractive and i blocked him completely i wasn’t giving him any chances and plus he told me he found a new girl and that he has to block me and stuff 2 days later after sending me paragraphs about how we can be friends and that it is okay that i don’t want to be with him which is weird.. 2 of his friends added me on snap chat a few days ago and then someone called me a number i did not know they said i was cute in a weird voice and ended the call, i asked who is it and he said its your ex and was prank calling me? Why won't he leave me alone why can't i have a break.
