Girls don't give them attention unless they make fools of themselves, and lots of girls like stepping stools, which men with low self-esteem and self-respect are more than happy to be.
These guys probably look at how their mother treats their father/man in her life and think thats how they get the girl.

No the problem from a guy´s point that we fall for the wrong girls from time to time. Like girls falling for guys that just want sex, we sometimes fall for girls that just want to use us.
