he's 40 and we have been coworkers for 2 years and i didn't tell much of anyone im kinda leaving (i will be here like once in a blue moon so its not technically leaving LOL). So he probably doesn't know. But this is just a reminder he never cared about me right? He asked out another girl who rejected him but all along i was in love at first sight with him... But he never wanted me.

I am one of the few guys that can pick up on the slightest level of interest from a woman, even micro ones that last a fraction of a second. But most men aren't like that and won't have a clue you like them. Something as simple as long and deep eye contact would have given him a clue. Also note that even when I really like a woman, if there is reason to avoid her, I will switch off. But I assume you're single so no reason for him to do so...
