+1 yDid you suddenly go blind when you got a girlfriend? Do your hormones only flow when you think of or look at her? No.
So now be smart and understand something about women, and in no particular order: The younger and more insecure and competitive they are, the more it applies, but it's pretty constant at any age if you're still dating.
* NEVER bring up how good looking her friends are, for any reason
* NEVER volunteer that "you're the best looking of all your friends", because that would imply you've been looking at them too much
* NEVER let her see you gawking or staring at other women, especially her friends. If you're going to look, make it quick, and NEVER turn around to look at someone else. Obviously, this means...
* NEVER mention how hot another girl looks. If SHE brings it up and says "Do you think she's hot?"... your answer is "not as hot as you - never could be".
* Focus on the good-looking girl you have, not the one you don't have.
Break any of these rules and you'll be in the dog house.00 Reply

It's probably not the best, but I don't think it's that big of a deal. You could ask him to stop, but then you would have to admit that you were stalking his page.
I think the fact that you are tracking his insta, and who's pictures he is liking is weirder honestly. You obviously feel like you can't trust this man.
Has he given you a reason not to trust him? If not, mind your own business.
Would you feel comfortable with him going through your internet history? Your DMs on instagram? Your text messages with every man that texts you... etc... I doubt it.
If you are going to make it a thing, you better make sure you aren't doing any shady shit as well. That would just make you a hypocrite.010 Reply
Asker+1 ywho is this reply directed to šš you seem angry
- +1 y
No anger. All I'm saying is to look at your own behavior before you start worrying about what he is doing. Are you texting any exes? Flirting with guys who hit you up in DMs, even just a bit?
I find a lot of women will "entertain" other men's attention online even when they have a boyfriend, and make excuses for it. I have seen it, heard it, and been the other guy texting. All I'm saying is people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
If you aren't doing anything wrong, then you can tell him you don't like it and ask him to stop. But I don't think it's something to end a relationship over.
Asker+1 yiām still trying to figure out where you got all this context from š cause this question is literally two sentences. you assuming stuff is a little weird.
Asker+1 yyour context is completely wrong but I do have a different question for you. the context here is that my friendās boyfriend liked my bikini pictures, which I don't know I wasnāt sure whether that was weird or not because he knows me through her. Also Iāve had a friend rant about it before but I don't know all the details. So would it still be not weird in this case?
Asker+1 ybro just stop. youāre wrong and youāre being stupid. I donāt have a boyfriend. just read the previous message please
Asker+1 ynot all women are cheaters
- +1 y
Never said they were. Just said a lot of them aren't as innocent as they pretend to be.
Is it weird? Sure. I wouldn't want my girlfriend liking shirtless pics of my friends. Did he just do it once? Is there anyone else in the photo? If he just liked one photo, don't see the big deal really. Even more so if it was a group photo.
If he keeps doing it, or DMs you, then I would say it's not good. Why not just unfriend or restrict him on your page, to get rid of any of this happening in the future?
Asker+1 yI needed to know if it was anything serious before unfriending him or restricting him or anything. itās three pictures of just me
Asker+1 yand nah just once I donāt have any other bikini pics
+1 yThis will give you some more perspective;
https://www.theloveconsultants.com/is-it-ok-for-my-boyfriend-to-like-pictures-of-females/
If you're his friend, he may not have meant it in a weird way, especially if you're his girlfriend's friend. And if it's the only picture in a bikini, he might literally just like the picture. Don't read too much into just yet, unless it becomes more frequent, or he starts reacting to stories, it should be pretty platonic26 Reply- +1 y
I have a question: What are "Stories" actually for? I never really understood that whole concept.
- +1 y
@Jamie05rhs Basically just a feature that allows people to post what they're getting up to that only lasts 24hrs
- +1 y
@MoniqueTLC Oh. Weird. I honestly don't see the point of that, but oh well. Lol
- +1 y
So are stories supposed to be more intimate or something? Like, why does it matter if you react to stories or react to regular posts? What's the difference?
- +1 y
@Jamie05rhs It shouldn't matter but it seemingly does, lol. I guess it gives people an opening to react to show interest. Not much difference to posts other than that they disappear, and because of this I think people opt to put up a picture that's more of a thirst trap as a story than as a post, but each to their own!
- +1 y
@MoniqueTLC Hmm. Well, okay lol. š¤·
Thanks for explaining this to me. šš
+1 yNah lol. If I was married and he liked bikini girls, that's his thing.
I remember my dad's friends having sexy calendars on their walls growing up. It's not like they ever had a chance with them anyway lol. 😉 And besides, my husband, if I had indeed chosen a good one, would know that BEAUTY fades, LOVE grows!31 Reply

Depends on the guy. This all comes down to emotional maturity and overall boredom for the most part.
"Why is my partner bored and not engaged in a more productive activity" is what I'd be asking.
Then secondly, I'd be asking myself whether my partner and i are on the same page In regards to where this relationship is going. Do we have goals or is this a casual fling?
In all honesty, if it is a casual fling (and a lot of times it is, a lot of women in my conversations and observations, mislabel "situationships", in order to get out of having tough conversations that really need to be had as early as possible.)
Then it shouldn't be a big deal.
I personally dislike situationships.
Kind regards,

+1 yWhy not? If he REALLY loves you, it shouldn't make any difference to him! I still looked at other girls when I was with my future ex-fiance and I told her from day 1, I'm not looking to replace you! I want YOU!! I just like looking at them because, to me, it's like going to a museum and admiring great works of art. My heart belongs to YOU! End of story!! I'm hooked!! You're stuck with me, babe!!
Too bad she didn't feel the same way!! I SHOULD'VE been looking to replace her!! They could've taken over when she started cheating on me!!10 Reply
+1 yIt's not weird if it's people he knows. Unless he's spending a lot of time looking at the photo. Don't make it a big deal if it's not. If the guy is simply liking the photo and then scrolling past it, there is ABSOLUTELY no reason to call him out on it. I know way too many girls who spend way too much time thinking about this when they don't have to.

Asker+1 ywhat is its people he doesnāt know or knows moderately?
- +1 y
@asker well obviously if it's girls he doesn't know then it's just fricking weird. And in some ways you could call that cheating. If it's girls he knows moderately, that is also a concern. I would question why they have each other's social contacts. To answer your question in general, no that's not ok.
Asker+1 ythat helps tysm. the guy knows me moderately. im his girlfriendās friend. but yeah thatās weird still. I had a friend whoās man just liked people at the same uniās bikini pics (even though he didnāt know them personally), but she said he liked everyoneās pictures so I wasnāt sure what to tell her.
+1 yWeird, no not really but it could be hurtful to his girlfriend if she knows about it. If thatās the case, then itās also very disrespectful. But nowadays most of us understand that his liking an online pic is just how things work now.

+1 yEhhh, it's a bit complicated, actually. Especially if it's on Facebook. A lot of people post pictures where they MIGHT be in a bikini, but that's not really the point of the picture. They're just sharing about their vacation trip.
I'm sure I have Liked PLENTY of pictures from my friends that have them in swimsuits. It means absolutely nothing at all. It's just a "polite and obligatory" Like. Our relationship is still 100% platonic. And I'm not even thinking about them in that way, even while looking at their picture.01 Reply- +1 y
Granted, I'm single myself. So maybe the rules would be different if I got into a relationship; I don't know.
+1 yNo. Itās just pictures , 🤷🏻āāļø unless heās liking those pics and the pics are of woman u know personally etc , then that would be fucked up. Iād say talk to him about it and tell him how u feel an if he doesnāt respect ur feelings and stop etc then dump his ass and find a man that will! 👍 Never settle for less than what u deserve hun.

+1 yDepends. If he likes all his friends pics and his friends post some bikini pics, totally normal. But if he's following Instagram models and liking their pics its weird

+1 yIf it's your husband and it bothers you, then say something. If not, I don't care.
In general, he should keep that shit to himself.
Rant: This is why I dislike Instagram as well. On other sites, you give a thumbs up/upvote to things. On that platform, you heart it. It's the same thing, but in some people's minds, it means you LOVE that image AND LOVE the person. It does not.
It's a bloody upvote. lol00 Reply - 892 opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic.
+1 yThere is no context here. Is it vacation pictures that she happens to be in a bikini? Did she just lose weight and showing off? Is it just a girl posting bikini pictures for the likes? The first two would be innocent likes. The third is not weird but not necessarily smart either.

+1 yYeah, it's weird. It's one thing to watch porn, than to know somebody who frequently shares bikini pics. Don't be surprised if you find nudes in his gallery.
10 Reply Weird no. Innapropriate, probably. Given that you are asking, I'm guessing your partner has a problem with it. If so, you have betrayed her trust. It is an easy thing to stop doing if it is causing her to stress.
00 Reply1.5K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Not weird at all, just because we're in a relationship doesn't mean we don't find other girls sexy.

Asker+1 yWhy do you have to like the picture though? Can't you just admire it and keep it pushing?
Asker+1 yohhhh. interesting
No. It's normal. Liking a pretty girl's picture isn't cheating on you. You probably look at attractive men too; is that cheating?

+1 yBy itself it might just be a way he passes the time, like scrolling Netflix but with boobs. If he's in contact with these women and is showing other red flag behaviors along those lines, then it could become a symptom of a larger problem.

+1 yI find this question ironic, since almost every single model who posts those pics is taken, but only the onlookers are called out. Not the woman who's showing off to everyone despite having an SO, which tbh is far weirder than liking a pic.
00 Reply Guys are always horny and sure they might like them but as long as they don't chase the girls it is kinda ok. Do you think he masturbates to the pics?

00 Reply1.5K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Of course when a woman explores her THOUSANDS of other options even if she's taken it's not weird at all. You wouldn't even ask such a question. When a woman does it it's fair play.
