Yes. First, I squeeze all the excess out from as far back as I can go, then I shake, then, if there's any left hanging on, I might wipe but, as I usually give it a quick rinse off, there's not much need to wipe. And, still, a few drops leak out moments later after I'm done!!

I do both most of the time. Shake it, then wipe it. Especially as a nudist, you want to make sure that last drop gets flushed instead of finding it's way elsewhere
