How do I appreciate this man and why’s he being so nice?

I met a guy I met a year and a few months ago has been nothing but completely nice to me. Constantly encouraging me, helps around my house, provides resources etc. He calls almost every day to just check on me and asks for nothing in return.

I don’t know why but I feel like I should be doing something for him. I listen to him talk and we eat and laugh. Is this unusual? Is he just being nice? What is just being nice?

He is probably just a good person. Sounds like you aren't used to that.

Sounds like he is just being nice. But if you want more, than you should make a move on him.
