Is a guy interested when I’m the only one messaging or contacting?

If I don’t message him he can stay up to 1 week sometimes 2 without messaging me.


It’s a ldr due to our school but willing to relocate. When we discussed about it.
He did say he likes me and wants to get to know me more etc.
But I recently realized I’m the only one contacting if I don’t take he won’t contact.. that’s how it feels

Either he's not really interested in something long-term, or he is afraid to invest while the two of you are long-distance. Long-distance relationships are challenging, and we have no control over what the other may encounter while apart, so people often play it safe. If you actually want to know what's going on in his head, only he can provide you with that information. Ask him to describe his future. See if he states you are part of that future. Ask what he sees as the primary long-distance relationship challenges and what can be done to prevent them from destroying relationships. Ask what he anticipates your relationship will be like when you are together again.
