there is this dude at class he is kinda cute. he stare at me a lot, whenever he walk in the class he looks at me i always catch him staring at me , but he never talks to me

There is something very wrong if you think just because a guy gives a couple glances at you he is in love with u, which is wrong. You have to get some therapy for this. Also no most guys will stare but never approach. Women don't do it because they get rejected either way. We just approach when a girl gives us the green light.

Love is a emotion so yes one can be in love with someone but still not be rationally interested or not make a move for some other reason.

Like my strongest crush so far was a subordinate in a context where dating would have been a strict no no.

I think I did a pretty good job of hiding it.
