This guy that I told I don’t want friends with benefits or anything block me and then he unblock me and follow me on instagram and I didn’t follow him back but kept liking my photos and now he unfollow me.. it makes no sense why he did that

He was mad that you rejected hi. He thought about it and opened himself up. He is communicating he understands your position and is over hos temper-tantrum. It does NOT mean his intentions and desires have changed... Hope that makes sense !!
