I really hate when he thinks he can solve problem by sex. Everytime i was pissed, he wants sex. I always says i wasn't in the mood, especially if he was the reason i become angry. But he still keep doin it. Sometimes i used a health issue, so he stopped. I remembered he used to say that he turn on if im angry. WHAT? Is he crazy or something? he's so fuckin weird!

Okay.. Here it is, he's avoiding the discussion on why you are angry. Or he does not know how to handle that situation. So what he does is to convince you for sex because during that time you ll forget about the reason for anger, at least that's what he thinks. I think in your situation a No from your side should actually mean No. Period. He's not mentally sick, he has just found a way to avoid discussions. I know I'm sounding harsh, but it is what it is.
