I have a crush on someone at work but he has a girlfriend. I'm starting to wonder if he can maybe tell I have a crush on him as I get nervous around him and he is the only full time worker who i haven't been able to have a conversation with at all. Other people I can make eye contact with them and talk to them with no issues but I can't make eye contact with him or talk to him no matter what, as it causes my nerves and anxiety to go up. There have also been a few times where I'll be heading to lunch and as I am, I will see him heading to grab some lunch with his girlfriend. No I am not stalking him. We do not have set times for our lunchbreak as we can take our lunchbreak whenever so I never know what time he is taking his lunch break as he mostly works upstairs in the office! so us ending up being on our lunch break at the same time and ending up in the same food court is by pure chance.
How do i seriously get over my crush and be less nervous around him? How can I make it less obvious I have a crush on him.
