I was walking up a flight of stairs. I noticed this male coworker stood at the top of the steps stopped and said "well.. hello". The way he said it sounded flirty. It was a little odd, because he doesn't usually flirt. He usually has a deer in the headlights look around me. My other coworkers say he likes me. Any input?

I'm the same way. I don't flirt unless I'm in a cheeky mood, which is pretty rare. And I'll usually do it in a stupid way just like that 😜
