What's the scenario? Are you dating? Or does this guy just come up and lay his head on your lap? I don't really understand your question. Why do you allow this guy to lay his head on your lap?

  It was at my house. MY Best Guy Friend was visiting and We were both sitting on the couch then he layed his head on my lap. We've been close for 10 + years
