Were you in any fights in high school?

Oh yeah. A few. I won all of them because I know martial arts. But the best fight I saw was between two girls. I don't remember how it started but they were pulling each others' hair trying to take the other to the ground. When that didn't work they grabbed each other's shirt and tried to take it off. All the guys and I gathered in a circle around them and chanted "Take it off, take it off". One of the girls ripped her shirt but unfortunately that was the end because a couple of school security guards broke them up. Watching girls fight like that is one of my guilty pleasures.

I've been in 6 fights in my life, 4 in secondary school.

100% win. Only threw the first punch once. Threw the last every time.

Every time it was a case of being underestimated physically because I was a dancer and musician not a jock.

Yup. I had two fights. The first one was a name-calling argument that ended in a brawl. The second one was surprising. I was about 12 years old and walking around the back of the school on my own, I bumped into these 2 burly thugs from the 5th form who seeing I was wearing a small silver necklace decided to try to take it off me. Despite their size I politely asked them to put me down several times. On the 5th time, they relented, let me go and said to me 'Next time if anyone tries to mess with you, you let us know alright?'.

Yes, a number of them through most of my school years! Being the tallest kid in the school (and timidity didn't help), all the bullies felt it was a badge on their chest if they could claim to have beaten up the tallest kid in the school. As far as I can tell, all the fights I got into were started by the other guy and they were, usually, people I didn't even know existed until that day!! And, OF COURSE because it was ME that was always involved in all these fights, I'M the one that got blamed for starting them!!

Dig! One day, I'm in study hall in the cafeteria way down at the far end of the room away from anybody else, minding my own business!! Suddenly, this kid I've never even seen before comes up to me and tells me he wants the quarter back that I borrowed from him!! Of course, I refuse to give it to him so, he starts fighting with me!! I've never seen him since then, either but, last summer, he was running for mayor of the town next to mine!!

A few. A memorable one is the time a guy pushed me into traffic and I back handed him so hard that the brass button on my jean jacket knocked his molar out and ko'd him. One of my friends who wanted to help said it sounded like a thunder crack and that I moved to fast for him to see.

Even back then I had more fighting training and practical experience than most people.

That said my reputation was worse than my actual behavior. I really never started shit. Hell even after that I just went to my after school job.

In school nobody fucked with me but outside of school I was in a few fights growing up. Cause older dudes would try to pick fights with my little bro on the basketball courts so he would call me and I whooped them and just random stupid gang fonk that I was apart of cause I had to defend the homies too but in school.

All I really had to do was punk people in school like if someone said something stupid to my sister like one kid told my sister he would choke her.

I ran up on him and pushed him said who you gonna choke bitch, he dropped his backpack like he was gonna fight so I squared up and he just said looked like he had to get the scene right and walked off and I pushed him again calling him a pussy ass bitch boy. Personally I would never let anyone punk me like that lol I was well known as a crazy hothead and people were always like yeah just leave that dude alone lol

More than the average student for stupid she or over a girl or because someone was talking shit and even when I saw a couple of people being bullied and yes I have gotten myself into shit way outta hand like way outta hand but i did not go around starting fights usually gotta piss me off pretty good but when I was in high school I had no anger management it was like you just had to ride out the storm

A couple, but my bro and I had already kicked all the bullies asses from 5th to 9th grade. 10th grade and on there were only a few people that could kick our asses but they weren't bullies. Us and them were cool and kept all the asshole bullies in check.

Never. A few times in Junior High School, in the Mens Room, there were "tough acting" guys who were acting like they were going to beat me up... but would always back off and say something like "Ah, let's leave him alone, he's a good guy"

Sure was, seniors like to pick on freshman. When I was a freshman I was putting up with that bullshit. I didn't back down from any senior. There was always the possibility of getting my ass whipped but I wasn't going to cower down to a bully.

Learned to fight (box) in junior and beat the shit out of a 'tormenter' there in a boxing tournament, but sadly to say, I never did the same in High School with some of the thugs I encountered there, and I should have.

well, yes. I was always one of the smaller kids so people used to try and pick on me a lot. But I "picked" back. lmao. I used to have to fight to defend my brother a lot too since he was too nice to ever throw a punch even though he was bigger than EVERYBODY.

In high school, it wasn't as bad though since everybody talks and people knew I could fight, but there were still some intense standoffs.

I’ve been in a Lot of Fights back in school. Over time throughout school I Stopped getting in so many fights and eventually I Stopped getting in Fights.
