Only in elementary school. Back then, our teachers would make sure that the two guys were equally matched and that it was not multiple guys against one. Otherwise they were at least inofficially fine with the need of boys to fight. They did not accept the same for girls by the way.

Currently, there is zero tolerance for violence in my son's school. Some still fight, but it is not in public view and my son personally did not get into any fights.

So there is still progress.

Same, was actually just kindergarten, no actual physical fights trying to kill each other since.

In middle school I did, but I haven't since then. I don't like drama and especially fights, since those can easily go wrong.

Also, I had a big growth spurt in 7th grade and became a tall guy who wears all black. I'm glad it helped me not get bullied, since my skinny ass would lose to a guy who outweighs me significantly 😂 unless I get a lucky shot

I used to fight with brother almost every day., until I was about 15 and got a bit bigger (he was 3 years older so. always had the advantage).
Looking back, there were times I grabbed knives and went for him, not sure how it would have gone if I'd caught him

No. I never had to. I only got into a couple of fights in grammar school when some bully or other tried to pick on me. I never had a problem with them after that.

Sometimes, but the ones I remember most fondly are the ones in which the guy's girlfriend urged him to bully me for her satisfaction.

I’ve had plenty of fist fights in my life in school and outside of school. I never lost a street fight in my life good clean, bareknuckle fistfights I’m undefeated.
