Am I overthinking?

Recently my boyfriend has been really distant with me, we used to play games together, call every night see each other a few times a week etc. But we don't do things anymore and he barely speaks to me and always leave me on read. I've asked him about this and he said he wants space but I was confused as to why he didn't explain this to me beforehand. I had to contact him because he had been ignoring me. The last thing he said is he was meeting with a female friend and that he'd contact me later on and he never did. About 3 weeks ago he invited me clubbing with his cousins and friend and I was really excited because I've never been clubbing before which he knows and he promised we could go together. He never mentioned it again so I assumed he wasn't going. On the day he was supposed to be going and I asked if he was still going and he said yes, I asked why he didn't invited me and he said he forgot. Which I found very odd, in the end he ended up going without me and sent me recordings of him at the club waving. I was quite upset upset and he said I was making a big deal out of it. He told me nothing happened (with a female) in case I assumed but I can't help but think his behaviour is really odd.
Am I overthinking?
