Why do guys at work start convos and ask me personal questions a lot but dont just ask me on a date?

That kinda worries me. Like they will ask me stuff and it feela like we are on a date LMFAO but at work. I think oh wow he could ask me out any second now since the vibe feels so personal and non-work-related but they never get there. Im just like why. Like ugh.

Work is very risky. We could get accused of sexual harassment when a girl doesn't feel comfortable by being asked. We get told not to shut where we eat.
