Am I reading his behavior wrong?

He’s said I love you multiple times without prompt (he said it first), goes to hold my hand, wants to cuddle, has said we have the love for eachother, talks to me everyday, asks me to stay, said he wants to run away with me. But hasn’t said or done anything about it.
In part of my head that means he wants something more with me but the other part says if he did he would have told you by now and he’s just playing you.
i can’t tell if I’m being played or if I’m playing myself by overthinking.

I traveled numerous times to see the woman I love. I traveled 3000miles for her birthday once, I traveled over 100+ miles when she had business interviews to support her and for her birthday even recently busted my ass trying to find out where one of her business meetings were because nobody could give me the entire information and when people did hiking 22 blocks to see her and support her with a heavy backpack on and in 80+ degree heat after traveling 100+ miles to support her. Bottom line is if somebody wants to be there for somebody and do something for that person they will. They'll find a way. Take it from me I'm a classic example of that

Let it play out and do not worry yourself as he will feel it. If he thinks you don’t trust him or your feelings he will pull away. Do not overthink but be cautiously aware. Do not come off as distrustful. Time will tell if he is sincere. 🙂
