Before reading: We reconnected a couple weeks before school started, and our 2 other friends reconnected with us too. We were all really good friends in 4-5th grade but after 5th grade they went to one school and I went to a completely different school. He had a crush on me in 5th grade.
My guy friend (16) and I (15) hung out from 12:00-6:00 pm yesterday at arcade/water park near us. We don’t hang out often since summer is over. We’re both in 10th grade but at 2 different schools. Anyways, he and I hung out one on one yesterday at a water park/ arcade place and when we were in the water park area, we went down the slides together and we had a lot of fun. We were in the wave pool, and he kept telling me to grab his hand so the water wouldn’t splash in my face. He’s always been pretty protective of me and he said that his first instinct is to make sure I’m ok b/c he wants to be a good friend and it makes him feel sick to his stomach if he doesn’t make sure that I’m ok, (along with our other friends of course). He’s always telling me that he loves our friendship. Does he like me as a crush or just as a friend?
We’ve ended up falling asleep on FaceTime a couple times and today he said he loves hanging out with me one on one.
