How to cope with this situation?

So I was seeing a guy since August 2021. We hit it off real well and it was almost getting official. Then he asked for more time and kept asking for more time and it went on for one year. No commitment. Just all casual. However, in August 2022 he ghosted me. I now saw from his friends story that he has a new girl. He has committed to her and all and he just completely cut me off even though he kept asking me to wait till he was ready. I am in so much pain. His friends who I follow keep posting snaps of them on purpose to hurt me. I have been crying nonstop ever since I found out. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Number one stop looking at their snaps. Why the fuck do you need a constant reminder that he chose someone else? There's not much you can do, you'll survive the pain. You'll eventually move on to find another man. I know what hurts but you got to suffer through it
